4. WHICH COOKIES DOES STAGE ENTERTAINMENT SPAIN USE?

Stage Entertainment Spain uses the following types of cookies:

4.1. Google Analytics

Basic Information

Subject to your prior consent via the “Cookie Settings” panel, Stage Entertainment Spain uses a web analytics tool provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), called Google Analytics. Information related to your visit to the website, created by the cookie, will be transferred and stored on a Google server in the United States. IP address anonymization is enabled by default. Due to IP anonymization, your IP address is shortened by Google within EU member states or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Purpose of Processing

Google acts as the data controller and, according to its own information, has committed to complying with applicable data protection laws in international data transfers.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, generate reports, and provide other services related to website or internet use.

To the extent data is processed outside the EU/EEA and no adequate level of data protection exists compared to European standards, we have entered into EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Google’s parent company, Google LLC, is based in California, United States. Therefore, U.S. national authorities may access data stored by Google for surveillance and security purposes. Currently, the United States is considered a third country in terms of data protection that does not meet the same standards as the EU/EEA. As a result, you may not have the same legal remedies against such access.

Storage Period

Data transferred by us and associated with cookies is automatically deleted after 2/14 months. Data retention expiration occurs automatically once a month.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by changing the cookie settings (via the “Cookie Settings” panel) and updating your selection there. The legality of processing carried out based on your consent until its withdrawal will not be affected. You may also prevent cookies from being stored initially by configuring your browser software accordingly (see Section 9).
